| Directions: For adults, take one (1) caplet daily, preferably with a meal. Many minerals can affect the absorption of particular medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medication, or follow the advice of your health care provider. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. |

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as low blood pressure, fatigue, slowed reactions, decreased alertness, acne, skin flushing or irritation, increased urination or swelling, kidney problems, joint pain, numbness or tingling, weakness, changes in sleep or mood, irritability, headache or gastrointestinal discomfort.
