| Product Details: Important information on osteoporosis: Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps teen and young adult white and Asian women maintain good bone health and may reduce their high risk of osteoporosis later in life. Adequate calcium intake is important, but daily intakes above 2,000 mg are not likely to provide any additional benefit. The 750 mg of calcium carbonate in each tablet provide 300 mg of elemental calcium. |

| Indications: As a daily source of extra calcium. For fast relief of acid indigestion, heartburn, sour stomach and upset stomach associated with these symptoms. Neutralizes excess stomach acid to give fast relief. Non-laxative, non-constipating. |

| Directions: Chew 2-4 tablets as symptoms occur. Repeat hourly if symptoms return, or as directed by a physician. Chew 2 tablets twice daily. Average daily consumption should not exceed 8 tablets. |
